Biography
Clare is a chartered psychologist. She specialises in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and also neuropsychology of workplace behaviours such as decision making, bias, influence and leadership. She is a qualified coach and provides coaching in leadership and career development. Her doctoral research focused on the career transitions from a occupational role to a contemporary career for workers aged over 50.
Together, Clare and Hayley Lewis manage the first part of the innovative Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology. Both parts of the professional doctorate are dual accredited by both the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and represent the first alternative routes to chartership and registration within the occupational psychology profession.
Clare and Hayley also each run their own consultancies. Clare practices a portfolio career with roles in academia, coaching and a consultancy practice for organisations in her specialisms of EDI and leadership development.Office hours
