Customer service coordinators
The customer service coordinators for your building can help you with:
- an emergency situation
- receiving visitors, new members of staff and applicants (students and staff)
- reporting any incidents or crimes
- leaving keys
- reporting, or claiming, lost property
- organising a student locker
- any other queries about your building and its facilities.
You can speak to the customer service coordinators on the reception desk in your building, or at the 24-hour reception desk in our main building on Malet Street (entrance on Torrington Square) in Bloomsbury, either face to face or over the phone.
