Marketing and External Relations leads on promoting Birkbeck’s reputation and marketing it to potential students. Headed by Lynn Grimes, the Director of Marketing and External Relations, the department comprises three teams - Communications, Home Marketing and Recruitment and International Marketing and Recruitment, which together, provide a fully integrated service to the College.
