Whether you are experiencing short- or long-term mental health difficulties during your time at Birkbeck, we are your first point of contact. We offer a confidential, impartial and non-judgemental service for students.

We offer face-to-face appointments or virtual meetings via MS Teams.
If you would like an appointment with one of our Mental Health Advisors, please complete and submit our online Mental Health Screening tool.
In emergency, please speak to your GP, your local A&E or the NHS mental health services.
